Who was the Bay Hotel Social Golf Club member who allegedly lost grip on the club (threw!) near the 15th hole at Morisset in the last week? Our reliable informant tells us that the club landed about 20 metres into the dam (somewhat further than the attempted ball shot). Off came the clothes and in went our version of 'Thorpedo', swimming out to retrieve the club and returning to Terra Firma with the club in his mouth? (OK so now you have narrowed it down to a male club member) Dripping wet and with no towel, off he goes playing the next couple of holes dressed only in bright red undies (and face?), shoes, socks and a hat. The answer: We won't mention names but he does pilot planes out of Cooranbong & sails yachts on the Lake.

Bay Hotel Social Golf Club

The Bay Hotel Social Golf Club is a socially focused club which caWers for all levels of golfing prowess. We currently have over 100 members and welcome any one who would like to join us. The club has a social and family focus.

The club organises a social game once a month at various courses in our region. If playing locally, there is a barbeque for members and their partners held at the Bay Hotel following the game.

We hold a raffle every Friday with proceeds going back to members in the form of prizes, sponsored bus trips, Christmas functions etc.

The club meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7.00pm at the Bay Hotel. Join us for lots of fun and the opportunity to make great new friends. Men and women welcome.
