The Red RoomThe Bay Hotel has a magnificent Red Room in the bottle shop, for those who love fine wines. All displayed wines have been stored straight from release from the winery and are climate controlled at 16 degrees celcius. You will find a great selection of top-of-the-range wines, including a variety of vintages of Penfolds Grange. Our staff are more than happy to help you with any questions regarding cellaring options and vintage information.For those interested in the wine industry and its goings on, the Bay Hotel produces a monthly wine newsletter - 'On the Vine'. The newsletter features current industry information, the latest releases as well as information about award winning wines and specials.
